260297 - Bookmark description field doesn't scroll correctly

The description text box is 3 lines tall.  If I enter more than 3 lines of text
the scrolling doesn't work correctly.

Say I enter 6 lines of text.  Starting at line 1, I use the arrow keys to scroll
down to line 6.  Then i scroll back up to the top.  The display window will show
lines 1 thru 3 (as expected) but the cursor will stay on line 3 even if I try to
move to line 2 or 1.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open bookmark manager.
2. Open properties box for a bookmark.
3. Add 4 or more lines of description.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the description w/ your arrow keys.
5. Scroll to the top of the desc w/ your arrow keys.

Actual Results:  
As your scroll up, your cursor will get stuck on the third line of the
description field once the first line of the description field shows the first
line of the actual text.

Expected Results:  
Should be able to move cursor all the way up to the first line of the description.

Based on a few ideas from other bugs I've seen I totally removed my ~/.mozilla
directory (actually I just renamed it) and this problem goes away.

I think you pasted the wrong bugs there, since one of those links is to this
very page. Scrolling works OK for me on Linux, even though the scrollbar has no
slider. Making WFM based on this and reporter's last comment.
