Details

When the mouse is clicked three times on a menu without the mouse position
changing [menu appears, rolls up, rolls down again] then the mouse is moved off
the menu bar with the menu still visible, the open menu disappears and the menu
bar stops responding to mouse clicks. I have remedied this by minimizing then
restoring the browser window.

I am using milestone M13 on a laptop, Windows 98, 96 megs RAM, 2 gigs.
