While dragging a message from the folder's message window to a different folder
within the same account (from spam to inbox), Mozilla either freezes or crashes.
Both times it occurred when the cursor was transiting across a window boundary,
from the message list to the folder list, apparently trying to change the cursor.
  The mail protocol is IMAP.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Mark a message
2. Drag it toward the target folder

Actual Results:  
When it crosses the boundary, either watch Mozilla disappear, or re-boot.


Expected Results:  
The cursor should have changed shape briefly while moving over the boundary.
