The bar containing links to "emails us" "terms and conditions" "© Copyright
Parcelforce Worldwide 2004. All Rights Reserved" etc, which should reside at the
bottom of the page is rendered in the middle of the page over the text there. 
This makes it hard to click some links, and impossible to click others. It stays
in that position over the text when you move the scroll bars, i.e. it moves up
and down with the text.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to url.
2. enjoy.

Actual Results:  
bottom links bar is rendered in middle of page

Expected Results:  
rendered it at the bottom of the page, not over the middle text.
