When you are downloading multiple files and cancel a download, the download
counter (the title bar) does not update.
For example, when downloading 2 files and cancelling one, I have in the download
manager title bar: '3% of 2 files - Downloads'. Whenever I add another download
and cancel one, my title bar says: '4% of 3 files - Downloads'.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download multiple files
2. Cancel one or more files (start at cancelling one)

Actual Results:  
The download counter (the title bar) of the download manager is not getting updated

Expected Results:  
Updates the counter (title bar) to the real number of downloads

Hello,

I am having exactly the same problem (except not even cancelling downloads, when
they are finished, and whilst pausing). I will attach a nice screenshot.
