Build 2000012812M14: NT4, Linux 6.0, Mac 8.5.1

Overview: Highlight a message that was originally composed using a mail 
identitiy. Reply to the message and it addresses the message to the newsgroup 
instead of the author.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Using your mail identity (i.e. qatest33) send a message to yourself and a 
newsgroup (netscape.test)
2. Using your mail identity, get the message
3. Reply to the message

Actual Results: Notice that the message is automatically addressed to 
the newsgroup. 
Expected Results: It should be addressed to the author (qatest33)


Additional Information:
- I would also expect that if I'm in the newsgroup reading the message that 
selecting Reply would reply to the newsgroup and not the author. This part is 
working.

The only clean way to solve this problem is to create to new type of compose 
message: ReplyToGroup and ReplyToSenderAndGroup. ReplyToSenderAndGroup is not 
used yet. That open us the door to implement reply features we have in the 
Communicator 4.5 Mac where the user can choose any or the 4 type of reply:

Reply - action depending if you are reading a newsgroup or a mail, it's the 
purpose of this bug report.
ReplyAll - reply to sender and all recipients and all groups
ReplyToGroup - reply to the newsgroup and not to the author
ReplyToSenderAndGroup - reply only to the author and the primary group

Using build 2000-03-29-09 on win98 and linux and 2000-03-29-08 on Mac this is 
fixed.  Verified.
