User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Firefox/0.10
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Firefox/0.10

If you follow a link that opens a new page and if on this new page the cursor
position is directly over another link then the cursor shows an arrow instead of
a hand until the mouse is moved.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.coin-operated.com/artbots
2. Browse through the photos using the 'next' arrow.

Actual Results:
Cursor indicates arrow instead of hand when new pages opens and cursor is over link.

Expected Results:
When a page opens the cursor should indicate a hand because it is over a link.

This could be percieved as a minor bug but isn't OSS dogged by enough minor
usability problems? Especially for something that could very easily be corrected.

This kind of thing is annoying to 'normal' users because they look for visual
cues for confidence. To a 'normal' users it might appear that Firefox isn't
really pauing attention to what it is doing or giving careful and truthful
information back to the user, and so why should a user have confidence in it?

(Bit of a rant, sorry!)
