1. Attempting to clear download items by clicking "remove" results in long
delay.  Most times the download does not remove from the window and Firefox
hangs and a force quit  is required.

2. Using the X box at the bottom of the windown has no effect and a force quite
is required

In general the whole download scheme SUCKS....back to Opera until some changes 
are made.  Just clicking on Tool/Downloads takes forever for the window to open

Steps to Reproduce:
1. (mac mega key)J
2. click remove


Actual Results:  
Firefox usuall hangs up

I believe this is a known performance issue with a big download.rdf
