Hi,

It should be possible to manage cookies for some web sites on a per window /tab
basis. This is necessary to work on web based software, which has been
programmed to base a login on cookies only. With the above change a user could
log in as two different userlogins into such a page.

Alternatively, if the cookie store location could be changed, this could be
emulated by using a second (different) browser

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. login into site with cookie based login as user a
2. login into site with cookie based login as user b in a second tab

Actual Results:  
First tab shows site with cookie based login as user b

Expected Results:  
Should be configurable to contain cookies in first tab and show tab 1 to be
logged in as user a
