magnify icon doesn't change on click, only on mousemove

The magnify icon only changes once you move the mouse. This is very minor, given
that most people move the mouse fractionally while clicking anyway.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load up any image in Firefox bigger than the screen - firefox resizes the image.
2.Click on the image to return it to its actual size, without moving the mouse.
3.Observe icon stays the same.
Actual Results:
The plus sign in the icon remained.
Expected Results:
The icon should have changed to a minus sign.
