Password prompts should be linked to the originating window

Password prompt windows should be linked to the window of the site that it came
from, so that when the site is clicked on from the taskbar, the password prompt
will show up in front of it, and when the window is closed, the password window
will also close. (Just look at how Communicator 4.5 currently handles this).

I agree with this, moving it to Password Cache (hopefully the right component)
