A block-popup like icon with contextmenu (for unblock) some consistancy with : block popups - statusbar block cookies (future - bug 217199 ) - statusbar block ads (Adblock extension) - statusbar block media (future - bug 94035 ) -bar ? would be great.

I don't think this is useful enough to implement by default. Of course, with the switch to text and flash ads as the primary types of ad media, this feature is being used less and less.
