Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040910
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a4) Gecko/20040907 Mozilla Sunbird/0.2a

For an existing event, if only the start or end time needs to be changed, I
would like to be able to click and drag the top of the event to change the start
time or the bottom of the event to change the end time. (This is different from
the bug regarding lack of capability to move the entire event by click and drag
- which is also needed.)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

Expected Results:
When the cursor is hovered over a border at the start or end of an event it
should change to a click and drag cursor (vertical arrow with two heads). Then
if clicked should allow the border of the event to be moved up or down. The
corresponding start or end time of the event should change accordingly.
I think this is a major issue for Sunbird when compared to the functionality of
competitive calendars. (I will not stay with Sunbird if this is not fixed and I
suspect many others feel the same as I do.)

Nevertheless it is an ENHANCEMENT rather than a bug I suggest.
