The top navigation links of that site ("Home Archives About Photos, etc") are
normally inside the yellow box. 
But when you focus one of them, suddenly they are half way out of that box.

I'll attach a testcase which shows the bug.

I think this is a regression.
I can't see the bug with:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a3) Gecko/20040823
Firefox/0.9.1+ (at 2004-08-24 00:26)
But I can see the bug with:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a3) Gecko/20040825
Firefox/0.9.1+ (at 08:01)

Afaics, the fix for one of those two bug could be the cause of this bug: bug
252920 (more likely, I guess) or bug 252771.

2. Focus link

Actual Results:  
The green block suddenly becomes much smaller.

Expected Results:  
It should stay at the same size.

The testcase works for me in the 2004-11-25 trunk build. That was most likely
fixed by bug 209694.
But I'm seeing still some different "content shifting when focusing" issue at
http://photomatt.net/
Easiest to see when you are tabbing through the document.
