Focusing the "The Little Mermaid" or the "The Lion King" link causes the entire
block of text to move upwards.

I'll attach a testcase.

Martijn: do you have builds to narrow down the regression: this is wfm winxp20040922

It WFM with Mozilla 1.7 and FF 1.0 branches (cvs pulls from last night and the
night before respectively). Trunk exhibits the behavior.
The 2004082407 Mozilla Nightly Windows32 build Passes the testcase.
The 2004082508 Mozilla Nightly Windows32 build Fails the testcase.
Arrgh, there seems to be difference between hovering over a link and mouse down
on a link aka focussing. Sorry for the confusion. Otherwise I would have had the
magic build.
The testcase and url work for me now, using a 2004-11-25 trunk build. Most
likely fixed by bug 209694.
