Seems like you don´t have write access to the profile folder?
Have a look at the date of cookies.txt in your profile folder.

Open a new tab. In the URL bar, type "about:config" and enter. It'll bring up a
list of config options. In the filter bar, type "http.red" and the redirection
option will come up. The value it has stands for that number of seconds. Please
modify it to a reasonable time limit, like 20.
Appears to be an invalid bug.
