Since the fix to bug 126903 landed bm-props.xul's title always displays: Properties for "**bm_title**"
Steps to reproduce: 1. Select Manage Bookmarks from Bookmarks menu 2. Highlight entry in Bookmark Manager 3. Select properties, rename or new folder 4. Look at title of dialog box that pops up Expected results: 1. Title of dialog reflects option choosen Actual results: 1. Title of dialog says: Properties for "**bm_title**"
