Messages displayed in the mail window drop newlines which are present in the
message source.  This doesn't happen on every message, but if it happens on a
particular message, it will always happen on that message.

The "View Message Source" window shows the message correctly with the embedded
newlines.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. I will attach a file representing a folder containing a single message which
triggers the condition.  Place the file in your mail folder and view the message.

Actual Results:  
The mail window displays the message with some of the multiple newline sequences
compressed to a single newline.  This happens (in the test case) between the
first and second paragraphs, and the second and third, but not the third and fourth.

Expected Results:  
There should be a blank line between the first and second paragraph as well as
the second and third.

Was this message composed with the HTML mail editor, and then sent as plain 
text?  See bug 125928.

If composed with the plain-text mail editor, see bug 261467.

The problem is the space characters following the last period in each paragraph. 
End-of-line spaces are part of format=flowed, which is enabled by default, and 
indicate that the following line should be flowed onto the end of the current 
one.  In this case, that's hiding the blank lines.
