This page contain javascript that shows the menus through to other pages on
other tabs .http://www.e-brainstormtech.com/  When that page is on a background
tab (not currently showing) its menus that highlight when mouse over light up. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://www.e-brainstormtech.com/ in a tab
2.  Open a new tab and load another page.
3.  over over where horizontal menu was on e-brainstormtech page. see menus show
up. (services  solutions technologies Methodology menu items).


Actual Results:  
The menus light up when moused over even though they shouldn't because they are
on an tab in the background.

Expected Results:  
Nothing. Not shown menu items.
