263001 - when legend is repositioned by css, fieldset border is not drawn correctly

the fieldset border does not draw up to the legend box
when the box is shifted. FireBird is assuming default
position of legend.  This bug was corrected sometime in
the summer but then got lost during updates in the last
couple of weeks...  regression testing needed badly to
prevent redoing of previous fixes ;-;  ;-[  ;-[ 


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Access url
2. View upper left frameset border
3.

Actual Results:  
it is drawn as if legend is in default position

Expected Results:  
draw border up to the start of the legend box.

WFM 20041003 trunk PC/WinXP

Keep in mind that the rendering engine in FF is now 6 months or so behind the
main trunk in development.

downloaded nightlies on Oct 5 ... 
mozilla does indeed work correctly.
Can someone explain why the highly touted
FireFox is so far out of step !!!
Shouldn't they try to keep commonality 
except in their own style of gui and addins.

And is there a bugzilla like mechanism for 
firefox only bugs .. that would keep my noise
off this list ...
