I have been using the keyboard shortcuts in mozilla and in firefox for a long
time. Suddenly, without any apparent reason, they have changed, and I can't find
any place to fix them. E.g. when typing in urls or filling in forms, I used to
be able to use CTRL-U to delete to beginning of line. That now instead opens a
new window showing the source for the current page, which I rarely need (and is
available via right mouse button). CTRL-K used to delete to end of line, but now
seems to 'tab' to next field.
I presume there is some way I can change accelerators since the need for such
flexibility in interfaces has been known for many years, but have found no
information on how to change them.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. click on text in URL panel or form field
2. type CTRL-U
Actual Results:
Source for current page pops up.
Expected Results:
Delete to beginning of line.
Similarly CTRL-K moves mouse cursor to next field, instead of deleting to end of
line.
An ideal solution would be to extend 'preferences' to allow a list of keyboard
short-cuts to be edited.
