The catalog.usmint.gov webpage is a "cookie monster" in that it is continually
updating it's cookie(s)which triggers the firefox "confirm cookie setting" popup
window (perhaps it's looping?). While the popup window is in focus no other
event can be initiated: close tab, close browser..etc in order to exit the loop.
Only recourse seems to be to kill the firefox session via task manager.
Effectively the browser session is being "hijacked".

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.bring up the "usmint.gov" webpage

2.click on "buy online"
3.set privacy options so that "confirn cookie setting" is requested

Actual Results:
webpage continuously generates cookie requests and it's impossible to exit since
no other event can be triggered while the dialog has focus

Expected Results:
"confirm cookie setting" should allow exit from tab/page or "close tab" button
should not be disabled

problem does not occur with IE of course since the cookie managment options are
not as robust......but this would be my "work around" since I do not want to
perturb my firefox settings just to compensate for poor webpage coding
