Very annoying, though hitting F5 usually lets it continue even though you can't
see nay window. It usually stops with some exception/error in tasksOverlay.js
prior to the window being shown.

Fixes the problem by waiting until the window is up and running before allowing
any JSD events to pause Venkman.
