Build Identifier:
Mac OS X, in the Network configuration, lets you fill in your proxy settings. These are set on a per-
network basis. IOW, if I have a laptop that I move between work and home, I can set up networks for
work (with the work proxy, IP address, etc.) and home (with the home proxy, IP address, etc.), and
switch between them easily.
Applications like Talkback that do not read their proxy settings from this location make it harder to
move from one place to another. It means that if a crash occurs, I might be unable to send the
information immediately, as the proxy settings may be incorrect. Yes, it's easy to change them; but it
shouldn't be necessary.
