26333 - Tabbing from Addressing Widget to Subject Line Results in Garbage

After entering 3 or more email addresses in the addressing widget in the Compose 
window, if you tab to the Subject text entry widget, the Subject text entry 
widget is redrawn on top of the addressing widget.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Mail
2. Open compose window (by hitting "New Message" button on 3-pane)
3. Address the message to 3 or more people, hitting return after each address
4. Tab to the Subject line

Expected result: Cursor moves into subject line, and you're ready to go
Actual result: Cursor moves into subject line, but the subject text entry widget 
has been redrawn (moved up) over the addressing widget. This makes it very 
difficult to correct or add to the entries in the addressing widget.

Nominating for beta 1.

The garbage in the addressing area elimanates the user's confidence that the 
message will be received by the correct recipients, which greatly lowers the 
useability of the product.

The frequency of encountering this bug is very high.

High frequency with very bad result makes this a beta stopper.
