26350 - Selecting text slow

Description

[chutzpah]

Load a page with a fair bit of text, click to select some text, and move your
mouse up and down quickly, the selection does not keep up very well (especially
if you scroll)

4.7 Linux is about 1.5x as fast, but not much, 4.7 windows is about 10x faster.
