26368 - Need to have a NO MAILTO option/checkbox for trivial changes

Please, please oh please. I'm begging here.

W're all under a deluge of email,
even with the proper filters enabled. If I
could change a simple thing, say
'component' and not have it email the bazillion
people in the cc: list I would
be infinitely happy.

Just a nomail checkbox, that's all I want. Thanks.

You know what? I realized I was whining. It's late. Spefic examples:

The following changes (and probably more) should not generate an email:

Status changes:

Reopened => Fixed
changed to
New == Fixed (older Bugzilla version, perhaps?)

Summary change typo fixes (a difficult fix, given the state of milestone builds)

I was a knucklehead in recommending that component changes be involved.

moving all closed Bugzilla bugs to the new Bugzilla product.
This batch is DUPLICATE/INVALID/WORKSFORME/WONTFIX
reassigning to default owner and QA in case of the bug being reopened.
Clearing milestones, since we really shouldn't have them on these types of
resolutions.  Sorry for the spam everyone...
