Esc key is not undoing the text entry / text paste in the textfield in one
press. It requires two key presses. But in IE once you enter some text / paste
some text using the Ctrl+V, then press Esc key it undoes the entry/paste of text.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.google.com
2. Enter some text in the Search text field.
3. Press the Esc key for the first time. It will not remove the text.
4. Press Esc again, it will remove the text.

Actual Results:
Should have undone the text entry for first Esc key press only.
Also, if there is any text already entered in the text field when the page is
loaded and when we enter new text by overwriting it / pasting on the existing
text. And then press the Esc key IE retains the original text. I don't know
whether it is also the case with Firefox. If not, it would be better to
implement it.

This is no longer relevant now that Esc doesn't reset form values at all. I can't find the right bug at the moment, so instead I'll link to an ancient bug: bug 37220.
