The new "match case" option in the Find Toolbar doesn't have a Tooltip for
explaining what it does, exactly. This can be confusing to new users, and it's
inconsistent with the buttons on the rest of the toolbar.

This patch adds the tool tip "Find the phrase in the exact case used" to the
match case option for en-us builds. I am not sure what needs to be done for
other translated builds
Michael, you need to ask for review (probably you also need to update the patch,
because of bitrot), if you want to have this fixed.
Per bug 340849 comment 16, this is now INVALID.
