any page with a scroll bar on formula1.com can only be scrolled manually, you
can't use auto scrolling.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to www.formula1.com
2.Find a page with a scrool bar
3.Try to use auto-scrolling (press the middle button on the mouse)

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens, the cursor remains on the same spot

Expected Results:  
the page should have started scrolling

I have no idea why someone thought that the failure of autoscroll to work is a TE problem, but it's not as far as I'm concerned.
