There is a line or two of black pixels at the bottom of the head of the
installer window (see screenshot attached).
When Custom setup is selected, options badly displayed (see screenshot attached).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. tar xzvf firefox-1.0.en-US.linux-i686.installer.tar.gz
2. cd firefox-installer/
3. ./firefox-installer
