To reproduce problem, open http://www.ifas.ufl.edu/jmapplet/armbones.htm in tab.
 Open another page in another tab. Move cursor around center of new page and the
display from the jmapplet app appears. As long as the tab with the jmapplet app
stays open, it's display will overwrite the currently selected tab.  Holds true
for multiple tabs.  Problem goes away when the tab containing the jmapplet app
is closed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://www.ifas.ufl.edu/jmapplet/armbones.htm in tab. This page contains
the jmapplet java applet.
2. Open another page in another tab.
3. Move cursor around center of new page 

Actual Results:  
display from the jmapplet app appears in another page's tab

Expected Results:  
not displayed jmapplet display on tab other than it's own
