26605 - [PP]Rename and migrate failing today on Mac

Status: VERIFIED DUPLICATE of bug 26265

All other Profile Manager functions are passing today.  Create, Delete, Profile 
Manager - Select Profile.

Pressing rename button does not bring up second dialog and does nothing
Pressing start with unmigrated profile selected does nothing

grace, this is probably a dupe of yesterday's string bundle foo, simon and I 
didn't bother creating fail conditions for alert dialogs. Both rename and start 
bring up common dialogs with strings read from string bundles, which are not 
read. Tao says he thinks he has a fix for this which he will check in this 
weekend so hopefully this will be good again by monday.
