This should be descriptive enough...
On the search box in the header of (most of) the mozilla.org pages, the title on
the label is "Search mozilla.org"s sites", which renders with a neutral
double quote. It should be an acutal apostrophe, or at least a neutral single
quote.

can you fix this small issue. I don't have the permissions to hack the
frontpage, so I can't help here.

Oops, this appears to be fixed everywhere EXCEPT the home page. Reopening for
