266314 - When the "Filter Rules" window is too big, doesn't render completely. Resizing window corrects problem.

When I click the Edit button for a filter the "Filter Rules" windows does not
render completely.  The background gray color shows and the highlighted name of
the filter is visible (white letters on blue background).  The border and title
bar appear correctly.  I first noticed this when I enlarged the "Filter Rules"
window so that I could see more of the rules without scrolling.

The problem occurs somewhat regularly, and can be duplicated .

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the message filters window.
2. Click the new button (or edit button on an existing filter.
3. Make the "Filter Rules" window a little larger and click cancel or OK.  When
the Window gets large enough (mine was approximately 609 pixels high), the
problem will occur.
4. Resizing the messed up window will correct the problem.
5. Resizing the window small enough to where the problem disappears keeps it
from recurring.



Expected Results:  
render correctly for any size window (or disable resizing altogether).

My screen resolution is set to 1152 x 864, 32 bit color.  This was happening
under build 20041021 as well.

I experienced this problem several days ago on latest-trunk nightly(Win-2K).
But resizing of the panel cleared the problem as step 4. in comment #0 says.
Problem does not occur after resize in my environment and is not recreatable.
So currently WORKSFORME for me.

Resizing the dialog makes its contents visible, but if I close the dialog and
start it up again, the problem is back: nothing to be seen except the filter
name. It's very annoying - I usually never resize windows and hence hadn't even
thought of that before finding this bug...

Not a core issue.  Too bad there's not an AppSuite :: MailNews : Dialogs 
component, but sticking it in the front end for now.

I've seen this in the 1118 and 1122 nightlies, under Win2K.  I wonder if the Mac 
or Linux folks are seeing this.

Once the dialog box is over a certain size, it does seem to show up without
resizing.
