In the page http://www.uni-saarland.de/~m.hahn/slp2000.htm, hint texts (text
which appears on little windows beneath the mouse cursor) are not displayed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get to the URL
   http://www.uni-saarland.de/~m.hahn/slp2000.htm
2. Click on "Lektion 10" in the left menu bar
3. You will see a graphic with old german script. Move your mouse over the
graphic, a hint text should appear.

Actual Results:
No hint texts appear.

Expected Results:
Hint windows should be displayed (as IE does). IE displays hint texts which are
given by the ALT="..." attribute within the <AREA> tag
Duping, see bug 25537, comment 3
