We've received revised specs for the sherlock plugins. Also, where Google is the
default engine, and the default sherlock plugin the localized region plugin for
that region, the name="" attribute on the search tag must be "Google". Similarly
for Yahoo. Here's a patch that normalizes a lot of this.
