This happens with a current cvs trunk build.
When you want to get new mails and press the Get Msgs button, a error with the
text "Error getting mail password." comes up three times (i have three accounts
in this Global Inbox). For these accounts the password is saved. When i try to
get new mails for a account where the password is also saved, but which is not
included in the Global Inbox, it works.

I forgot to mention that only for one of these three accounts the password is saved.

Duh, just looked it up again: For NONE of these three accounts the password is
saved.
Another add: If i delete the saved password for the account which is not
included in the Global Inbox, i also get the error for this account (no password
dialog comes up, just the error). So it seems Global Inbox is not related in any
way here.
It reproduces also by branch build Thunderbird.
There is no problem in build of version 0.9 (20041102).
Preservation of a password has not been carried out.

Mac OS X 10.3.5
version 0.9 (20041103)
if you look in the password manager, are these passwords encrypted or not? if
you view saved passwords, encrypted passwords will say (encrypted) after the
user name.

Since the password is not saved, a password manager is a blank.
And usually, when getting new mail, the prompt of a screen shot is displayed
only at once.
this is a seamonkey build and not thunderbird?

Yes, Seamonkey here.

another add (next time i do a more proper bug report...): I use POP3 Accounts.
This bug here will be fixed as soon as Bug 267367 will be baked out on trunk
and/or MailNews be fixed.
