From summary:
This is Vision Service Plans website to bill and order services for patients.
After we bill, a summary screen pops up populated with patient charges. Prior to
the PR1 or PR2 release, this page would print perfectly. With the PR1 and PR2
releases, the page is visible on the screen with all the charges but the
printout leave all the boxes where the numbers are blank. Print preview also
shows no numbers.

Reporter, can you provide a link to the specific page that shows the problem? Or
can you save the page that is malfunctioning and attach it to this bug? Without
the pages source it is hard to correctly identify the problem.

Using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.7)
Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3:
Trying to log on to the Eye Care Provider section of Eyefinity presents a
message that Firefox is not a preferred browser. Clicking on learn more returns:
---
Your system does not meet the preferred software requirements for this site.
Web Browser:
Firefox/1.0.3(gecko) is not actively supported by Eyefinity.com.
Download Netscape for free.
Platform:
Eyefinity’s Web site is intended to work on the Internet without specific regard
to the hardware (PC, Mac, ...) or software (operating system, browser, ...) that
you choose to use. While we design our site to work in a general fashion, we
have found that certain configurations appear to work better than others. This
is due to factors beyond our control, often caused by the functionality of the
3rd party software that you use. Not unlike many other sites found across the
Internet, we have found that certain browsers work better with our site than others.
In the case of Macintosh users, we have found that users appear to have the best
experience using Macintosh OS X, Netscape 7.1 browser, and Flash 6.0. Of course
this may change over time as these manufacturers release new versions of their
software.
We take great pride in the depth and capabilities of our Customer Care staff,
frequently going above and beyond the call of service that is typically found in
supporting a web site in today's marketplace. Most issues given to our Customer
Care staff involve general site functionality, which we consistently resolve.
However, you may encounter issues specific to your unique hardware or software
configuration that are beyond our staff's ability to assist. As always, we will
do our best to resolve your issues; however, it may be necessary for you to
contact your operating system's support group for resolution.
System Requirements
# Netscape 7.02 and above
# JavaScript Enabled
# Cookies Enabled
# Flash 6.0 and above
# Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.1 and above
# Screen Resolution: 800x600 and above
# Connection Speed: 56k or faster

Looks like they've done some redesign, but now they're sniffing for "Firefox" rather than "Gecko", so they're giving browsers like Camino this message:
"Your system does not meet the preferred software requirements for this site."
They *are* actively supporting Firefox 2, but I'm going to morph this bug into a bug about their busted sniffing. They should be sniffing for "Gecko" and allowing all Gecko browsers. See
