cicking on a link in, for example, a mail client or text editor when a browser
window is open, replaces the current page instead of opening a new window and
leaving the first page alone. It doen't happen with pr1

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.start browser 
2.open any page
3.click on a link (not the same page as loaded in the browser) in an email

Actual Results:  
the first page opened in the browser is replaced by the one from the link

Expected Results:  
open a new browser window
In Tools - Options - Advanced - Tabbed Browsing, what do you have set for "Open
links from other applications in:"? If it's "the most recent tab/window" and
changing it fixes the problem, please resolve this worksforme.
