26796 - Scrolling changes colors

Problem appeared in the page http://www.sports.ru .When scrolling some areas of 
the page turned dark blue, then returned to the original color, then again 
turned blue. These effects could be seen each time I tried to scroll the page. 
Also, there was another problem with scrolling: stopping loading large page also 
stopped displaying scroll-bar correctly, i.e. small image on the scroll-bar was 
not displayed, only the frame of it.

I'm not seeing any problems with this page with 2/17/2000 build on WIN98 and 
WINNT.

Effect with incorrectly changing colors was also seen when moving mouse over 
links - background colors were changing incorrectly. Problem with changing 
colors while scrolling remains, too.

Sounds like a color palette issue.  However, I just tried the 3/9/2000 build on 
WIN98 and I can not get it to change colors when scrolling.

I have noticed that the progress meter changes to odd colors when 
loading any page. It cycles between (red and blue), (green and blue), and (cyan 
and blue) I've only seen this on WIN98. This may be a related color palette 
issue on WIN98.

I am seeing these problems while running in 256 color mode on WIN98. Not seeing 
any problems with 16-bit color.
