When using a table with cellspacing, the table's bgcolor does not show up as it should (doesn't show up at all) in M13. This works perfectly in MSIE. At the test URL is an HTML test case as well as a screenshot of MSIE doing this correctly. Have at it! ps Why am I not able to pick which Mozilla build this was duplicated with when entering a bug? This one and the ones I entered yesterday were all duplicated with the Win32 M13 build running under Win98SE.
