When changing tabs, the browser status bar does not automatically update to
reflect the status of the tab being viewed. Thus you can be loading several
pages from a bookmark group all from the same site and it isn't obvious from the
status bar which have finished loading as they will all say "transferring data"
even if the tab being viewed has finished. The example attached shows me viewing
the Google site but transferring data from bugzilla.Mozilla.org.
I suspect the status bar should reflect the actual status of the tab being
viewed as opposed to what the browser as a whole is doing, since what would it
show if multiple tabs from various sites (eg from a bookmark group) were all
being loaded at the same time? Certainly in Mozilla 1.8a4, this is the case.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. View a page and before it loads change tabs
2. Note the contents of the status bar.
3.
