26832 - clicking in subject causes edit field to appear in wrong place

When I compose a new message, clicking in the subject field causes the edit field 
to appear in the middle of the addressing area rather than at the location where 
it was originally displayed.

Steps to reproduce:
 * Launch 5.0 browser
 * from File menu choose File -> New -> Message
 * enter one recipient of message
 * click or tab into the subject edit field

Notice that the edit field appears offset from where it originally displayed.

Sometimes the edit field relocates itself to the proper location.
