When opening more than 32 tabs, 33rd and greater are not accessible in the tabs bar

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open 32 tabs. The tabs are accessible via mouse clicks or via CTRL+TAB
2. Open a 33rd one. This tab can't be selected in the tabs bar, but you can view
its content is you use CTRL+TAB

Actual Results:  
The 33rd tabs is not visible in the tabs bar

Expected Results:  
A 33rd tab should be opened in the tabs bar

This also applied to the Linux version.
