Steps to reproduce: 1. Delete mozregistry.dat/Users50 2. have only one 4.x profile 3. install mozilla build for 2/7 (2000020709) 4. run mozilla -installer Actual results:I get the Mozilla confirm dialog- that I am about to copy some 4.x files, but pressing OK or cancel takes me to Profile Manager- with the unmigrated profile showing - Expected behavior:press OK-migrate profile, press cancel go to PM

ben and I determined this is really just 26291 rearing its ugly head. I'm checking in a work around, so that -installer works. but, you'll see "Migrate *" and "New Profile *" in the ui until 26291 is fixed
