This method should be in nsIPluginTagInfo2 instead, because there is no corresponding method in Nav 3/4.

Is this truly a "blocker" for 18567, or is it an internal code fix we could postpone until after beta1? If this is truly a "blocker" for 18567, please nominate it for beta1 w/b minus on 03/03, as 18567 has that status.
