will not load a url from bookmarks or from external applications, but will after highlighting url and hitting 'enter'

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 Opening a URL from an external application or from bookmarks 80-90% of the time Firefox 1.0 will not load the page. But when I go into the address bar and highlight the address and click enter, it will work fine. Happened with RC1-2 as well. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open a bookmark or link from external app such as email 2.Page won't load, prompts that the page could not be found 3.Highlight URL and click enter, page loads fine Actual Results: Page wouldn't load Expected Results: It should load the page

Just downloaded FF 1.1. Have exact problem as described by Brad Bice. akelsky403@comcast.net

WFM and a million other people. Please verify that its not a firewall, proxy, or other kind of connection problem. If you need other support, there are numerous options available at http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/ .
