Page layout is jumbled. Header and left side panel OK. Frames in central area
are stacked left. Details:

top left should be "Inside SECU" ,underlined - missing
topics should be listed in black w/o bullets - FF listes in red with black bullets

Center should be picture
FF shows picture under above section

right top should be "Rates" - FF shows this section under picture. Text and
headings out of order.

multiple frames are all out of order

Compare layout to IE. Layout of this website was OK in Firefox v1.0PR

After reading some other user comments, I tried the Refresh button and the
refreshed page was correctly laid out!!!
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED

Resolution: --- → WORKSFORME
Because the recent email notified me that this was now RESOLVED, I revisited the
problem web page and it loaded correctly the first time without REFRESH. That's
nice, but my experience coupled with other users who are reporting similar
problems should signal something more going on here.
