User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0

This problem has been observed on both FireFox 1.0 and Mozilla 1.7.3 browsers.
On both Windows 2000 and Windows XP. The ALT="text" attribute of the <IMG> tag
no longer works. If you press the right mouse and select properties, you can see
the alternative text on the properties menu. But it should display in the
browser when the mouse pauses while passing over the image. This is a very old
attribute and it exists in many web pages.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter http://www.nfl.com
2.Place the mouse cursor on the NFL logo in the top left corner, and let it sit.
3.Observe no ALT text being displayed.
4.Press right mouse, select properties, notice the ALT text is defined.
5.Repeat the same with other browsers (ie. MS IE) and you get the ALT text.

Actual Results:
Nothing is displayed.

Expected Results:
ALT text displayed.
